Michael Jay Boryla (1951 - )

Born in Rockville Centre, NY, Boryla is the son of NBA All Star Vince Boryla of the Knicks. After his high school career in Denver, Boryla attended Stanford University where he earned All Pacific-8 honors and was his team's MVP.

Drafted in the fourth round of the 1974 draft by Cincinnati, Boryla was immediately traded to Philadelphia for first- and sixth-round picks. He continued playing in the NFL through 1978, collecting a Pro Bowl nod in 1975.

Following his retirement, Boryla became a lawyer, mortgage broker, playwright, actor, and author.
